I’ve found that one engineer isn’t quite enough bandwidth to keep up with a full-time designer and growth manager. Their growth came from users, and they had true virality. Just remember that true virality is really rare. Growth teams are expensive. Growth teams get expensive fast. None of these roles is cheap.
