If there is traction, ok…there are some benchmarks and you can look at seed stage funding rounds. Out of fairness, that’s why they wanted to hire me, to fix that issue. This is my least favorite thing in the world, being offered sweat equity in a corporate structure that is unnecessarily convoluted.
