WE had a cool product called the XML application server. After reviewing and analyzing customer and prospective customer needs, I realized that no one wanted to buy the XML server, they wanted to buy what it did – integrate global company IT systems with their trading partners. But not many companies were buying it.

You can give the text of the label a light colour to differentiate it from real answers but this causes issues of colour contrast. SVGs (Scalable Vector Graphics) are graphics defined in XML format. Using labels as placeholder text inside the field (where users know the answer normally goes) interrupts the conversational flow.

Clicky has a few features that differentiate (all real time analytics, heat maps), but I don’t think it’s worth switching from GA. An important differentiator (and big pro) is that user ID stitching is done retroactively to the user’s first visit. If you want heat maps, there are other free tools.
