While founders had more stock than the other employees, they had the same type of stock options as the rest of the employees, and they only made money when everyone else did (though a lot more of it.) And Mark Suster of Upfront Capital has a great post that summarizes these changes. It’s called Growth capital.

Do that – nothing else but one product / company / focus and get to $1M in sales with atleast $15% net profit. However, one of my co-founders doesn’t seem to be as motivated as the rest of us.
