My parents were entrepreneurs from the time I was born, specifically in retail and direct marketing. At Coremetrics, I built more of an engineering-driven culture. The engineer assumes that the product “will sell itself”, and this mindset couldn’t be more wrong. For us, this was the color green and our SellStrong bands.
