The company has a long-term vision far beyond politics. We assume we’ll be structured as a traditional Delaware C corporation.

The company has a long-term vision far beyond working with advocacy organizations. It’s preferable that you live in the New York tri-state area.

I started my first internet company while getting my MBA. I hired a lawyer, and he gave us an NDA template and told us that anyone that had knowledge of our proprietary data had to sign it. As I reached out to successful investors and entrepreneurs, I made each of them signed my nifty NDA. As in stop being in stealth mode.

Internet Security. Startup internet projects often arrive slightly buggy at first and if the entrepreneur didn’t take the time to research the market in advance, the product can be dead on arrival. If the idea was reliant on ad revenue for profit, it quickly becomes apparent that there will be no incoming money at all.

The kinds of places where you have to sign an NDA when you walk in the lobby… When I lived and worked in the bay area (2000-2005) virtually all the startups were down on the peninsula somewhere. I would focus on one product and set a goal to generate $1M in yearly revenue from it. Outsourcing is something a big company, with a known customer / problem (that has revenue & traction) does to save cost. Instead of spending 4 years at university, I spend 4 years starting 2 internet companies that failed. Then launch.

The market price is less than the inconvenience of signing an NDA. During the Internet Bubble there were a number of startups founded by business people who then wentlooking for hackers to create their product for them. A rich companyis one with large revenues. This money isnt revenue. This doesnt work well.
