Outsourcing is something a big company, with a known customer / problem (that has revenue & traction) does to save cost. Instead of spending 4 years at university, I spend 4 years starting 2 internet companies that failed. Then launch.

The market price is less than the inconvenience of signing an NDA. During the Internet Bubble there were a number of startups founded by business people who then wentlooking for hackers to create their product for them. A rich companyis one with large revenues. This money isnt revenue. This doesnt work well.
