The company already has paying customers and a validated business model. Bizosys Technologies, a Bangalore, India based software engineering company was founded in 2009. Abhijit foresees primarily a technology licensing business model whereby device vendors would be paying royalty per handset or tablet. Discuss.

In addition, I asked him to do a competitive analysis on the pricing models of the various mobile app platforms and come back to me with both sets of market data, namely, customer research and competitive analysis. We can derive GeoInvenio's business model and pricing model based on that. Discuss.

As a native of Silicon Valley , I’ve witnessed the creative destruction of wave after wave of innovation as nearby corporate campuses repopulated themselves : From defense contractors to data centers , computer mainframe manufacturers to Internet search engines. Granted most startups will never become another Apple or Google.

Nir is contemplating various different business models and channel options, all the way from Freemium B-to-C to white labeling the solution for universities and colleges. I advised him to focus on the for-profit colleges and business schools in India and sell them a white label solution, hence a B-to-B business model.
