I use a more restrictive definition: A growth team is a product tech team that’s focused on acquisition instead of core product features. I still review it regularly. The headline , the URL box, the call-to-action (CTA) button copy , the secondary CTA toward the bottom, even the random stock-photo dude. How I define “growth”.
