My colleague here at Belmont University, Jose Gonzalez, has been working with a group of students to assist honey farmers in Guatemala. They all spent time in Guatemala over part of the Christmas break and are now back working on plans to help these farmers. Over 85% of the population of Quiche lives on less than $2 a day.

If you’re an Entrepreneur, you can do it from any place in the world. I would focus on one product and set a goal to generate $1M in yearly revenue from it. Outsourcing is something a big company, with a known customer / problem (that has revenue & traction) does to save cost. If you’re a young entrepreneur, than congrats!
