I’m an entrepreneur and an implementation guy. In 2015, the Chief Technology Officer at the White House, Todd Park, mentioned I ought to meet with the Department of Defense who were thinking of creating the Defense Digital Service , a DOD version of United States Digital Service. I take a very practical approach to this.
