My contract developers building the app aren’t very responsive. neither you nor your cofounder can code and you’re building a mobile app? Coding is the DNA of a Web/Mobile Startup. Founders who go through the process will have an appreciation of the role of sales and marketing like no textbook or classroom could provide.

Because there’s a fee to post jobs and resumes, there’s not much spam.

So it all begs the question, if you’re not from a tech background do you even have a shot at starting a web startup? Are you inventing new technical solutions to a problem? If you use a piggy-back services like those mentioned above, you are simply being shielded from the technical requirements of the web by another company.
