Within a few months, they raised $30,000 (which was a lot of money for them) and were invited to an incubator for new business owners, where they learned how to run a company. I have been close to the tech & startup sectors for more than 20 years and I can’t think of a period in which I felt more optimistic about the innovation and value creation I see in front of us. Before this, it was housed, since inception in 1999, within the walls of ATI, where the Wi-Fi Alliance and ATI built a unique, collaborative relationship.
