Why not keep sending emails / spending on AdWords / running affiliate programs / buying display only on MSN. " I'd postulated this rule in 2005, it is even more true in 2011. Making lame metrics the measures of success: Impressions, Click-throughs, Page Views. We hate change. Super lame! The 10/90 rule. People matter.

I am slowly going away from Google Analytics in favour of Clicky (although this is an affiliate link, I genuinely recommend this tool).
