Tech Events / Meetups - There are lots of Networking Events in Los Angeles and Southern California that are techie oriented. He wants a person who knows mobile development pretty well who can help direct the action (the expert), and he wants someone who is a good coder who can learn to build out the needed mobile application (the developer).

They attended property management association meetings in Oregon outside of the technology echo chamber of California to get a sense for people’s daily problems. But I know enough to know that daily decisions / trade-offs are made by technology coders who have never spent a day with their customers.

When I got to college, I did not see myself as a full-time coder, so I majored in biology, which was my favorite subject at the time.
