This could be a proportion of the company’s equity or investment; in other instances, it could be a portion of its later-stage profits.

Do you wish there was a product to help companies “Get things done” by leveraging your own employees, your employees’ networks, and more broadly other influencers around you? . Although we envision we initially use our technology for a political purpose, that’s only the test case and that alone is nearly a $20 billion market.

Raising seed capital is a tricky business. Most are making major mistakes in their approach when seeking capital. There are several great examples of technology startups that do this. To me, this is the best time to raise your seed. I get approached often by tech startups looking for their first outside funding.
