However, it does not mention whether there is a base salary associated with the plan and if so what it is. Id appreciate any comments on how this would change as a base salary is added to the mix. I would also love to know more about your thoughts of how Base salary gets baked into the OTE plan. Is there a base salary?

Something similar happened during a salary negotiation seminar years later. None of us though that on Sept 1, 2010, our lives would be changed forever. I embarked on my journey in October 2010 while still working a full time job. I wrote my web copy myself, did my web design myself and officially launched in October 2010.
