Last year, I co-founded a nonprofit in Atlanta with Adam Walker called 48in48. The mission: to empower communities to help 48 local nonprofits in 48 hours by assisting their marketing and technology efforts through hackathon-style events. We held our first event in Atlanta in October and it was amazing. Over 150 volunteers came to General Assembly’s space at Ponce City Market and we built 48 nonprofit websites in 48 hours.
