As Google starts offering more consumer products (read: mobile devices) I assure you they will find ways to take customer service calls from you. Higher conversion rates (10-15x online conversion) and higher value at closure (up to 2x higher) due to up-sell & cross-sell potential. But What About Mobile? Phone numbers.
