In Europe, software is already deemed not patentable, and other parts of the world are somewhere in between.

Funding Follows Growth and Acquisitions The big fundraising event in this space in the first part of 2021 was Camunda and their $100 million series B round. The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Highland Europe. Acquisitions like this start to make the math for Camunda’s fundraise make a lot of sense.
