NewTV will depend on partners like telcos to distribute the content. Startups with huge burn rates – building leases, staff, PR and advertising – ran out of money.

When Sloan arrived at GM in 1920 he realized that the traditional centralized management structures organized by function (sales, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing) were a poor fit for managing GM’s diverse product lines. Later in the day, I received a call from another friend, a Black woman who works in PR at Netflix. Three other police officers watched and did not intervene. Mr. Floyd was 46 years old. Please understand, Black people are exhausted, angry, afraid, hopeful, and grieving -- all at the same time. To be frank, it felt scary and dystopian.
