It’s a legitimate stage of financing in the venture eco-system as of this writing (October 2017). There are a now a handful of funds, K9 included, that are Pre-Seed funds in name and practice. Q: How are most Pre-Seed deals structured? Between $500K – $750K is probably the sweet-spot for a Pre-Seed round.
