Lessons Learned by Eric Ries Tuesday, September 30, 2008 What does a startup CTO actually do? But I dont think most startups really have a need for someone to do that on a full time basis. But I think in a lean startup, the development methodology is too important to be considered "just management." I dont think so. Great piece!
