I’ve been reading Joel on Software for eight years and I’ve been a paying user of FogBugz for nearly four. So you have some traffic and few sales, what do you do next? In un-optimized sales websites I typically see conversions in the 0.1% Retire to the Bahamas Note: I haven’t made it to step 6 yet.
