This ranged from unrealistic assumptions about what the technical person will do ("Some non-technical people want a software engineer to not only code, but also be the PM, graphic designer, online ad expert, etc. As soon as "recruit and tell what to do" turns into "partner with and listen too". Again, nice to see this.
