I just completed an exercise where I went out to hire a new associate for my VC firm, GRP Partners. My close friend Brian Moran (co-founder of BuildOnline) was an architect and is now a real estate developer and adviser. But there are plenty of partners and successful entrepreneurs who don’t have MBAs.
