Consider finding and working with a CPA and a lawyer. Ideally, you will interview a few candidates and pick the partners you feel comfortable working with for a long time. Don’t let an overly-specific name restrict your product offerings later. . Most small businesses will be fine sticking to small numbers of common stock only.
