If you’re an Entrepreneur, you can do it from any place in the world. Outsourcing is something a big company, with a known customer / problem (that has revenue & traction) does to save cost. How important is education when I know I want to be an entrepreneur? If you’re a young entrepreneur, than congrats! Then launch.
