MTS, is the classic title that all researchers at Bell Labs were given in their heyday. Some companies actually consider it a firing offense to reveal your salary!

So for this first post, here’s the best advice I can give you: join an awesome founding team and get your product out the door ASAP. So, this is what I tell them: At the exact moment you had your idea, ten other people had the exact same idea. Like I said, forget everything else and just get your product out the door.
