If youre in a market like pharmaceuticals, where all user testing can be done in a lab, execution in a bubble makes sense, but if your startup is a web product it sounds like hubris. For three years I worked at Bug Labs (open source hardware company). Ran if for two years before we shut it down with almost no revenue achieved.
