My company was founded in 2004, but we didn’t have a BHAG until 2013. We started franchising and slowly expanded from Fairfield County in Connecticut over to New York. I realized we were really taking off once we opened operations in the New York City and Long Island markets. Our goal setting journey that lead to a BHAG.
