My company won the ROI of The Year award from The Banker magazine in 2004, something I was very proud of. In 2000, we launched a loyalty program for a bank in Turkey, Akbank. Banks in other countries saw what was happening in Turkey and quickly followed with their own deployments using our software. What was different?
