To give you some perspective, my salary today is less than what I made at my first job out of college…in 2004. Per SEC rules, you can only accept 99 accredited investors into your fund. As it would turn out when you factor in all these costs, $200k actually doesn’t go far. And I think those are all awesome worthy causes.
