Jake Soberal and Irma Olguin started Bitwise in 2013 with the idea that the technology industry could be used to fix a city--in their case, Fresno, CA. In other words, they've more than proved their plan can work--so much so that Bitwise now operates in two more cities and plans to keep growing. We can be deliberate about these things.
