P lay4Skill , a relatively unknown Israeli startup, has raised an second round of $400,000 from from Israeli advertising agency Adler Chomsky. As gambling is illegal in the US and Israel, the company is based in Cyprus and operated as P4SMedia. Tournaments lure new users with cash prizes reaching $3000.
