Typically, Pre-Seed rounds are less than $1M in aggregate capital raised. If it doesn’t have the product fully baked yet? A Seed round today — like the Series A round of yesteryear — requires some kind of traction or product. They shouldn’t even be looking for a fully built product. Q: Is Pre-Seed a Thing?

Save Asia for post-IPO Single instance, multi-tenant, single datacenter - Have only one version of the code in production. I particularly agree on points #2 and #4.
