The purpose of this email is to clarify some facts, because this is an extremely confusing issue. However, the only thing I am going to address in this email is the enormous complexity that makes HB 1192 simply impossible to implement and enforce, and that is why it should be opposed. Moving a manufacturing facility is hard.
