The premise is quite simple: open management + team mentality + focus on winning = success. This year we’re doing a 4-night Norwegian cruise to the Bahamas. Most companies in our industry try to do everything they can to bring in revenue, and I’ve definitely suffered from that mindset with my past businesses.
