2021 may have been a bad year for some people especially due to COVID-19 pandemic while, to others, it was a great year. My team dedicated their time to creating a sense of community. We embraced technology and the human need to stay connected. We had a great year from a balance sheet standpoint.

Teten: For a large corporate, what are the advantages and disadvantages of a dedicated fund (possibly with external investors) vs. a 100% on-balance sheet investor? Some corporate VCs even have seed funds.
