While the reponses for both leaned toward more important, both had a significant number of people saying it wasnt such a big deal. This ranged from unrealistic assumptions about what the technical person will do ("Some non-technical people want a software engineer to not only code, but also be the PM, graphic designer, online ad expert, etc.
