I do disagree about two other points: First, this isn't the "quora rockstar engineer" perspective. It's my perspective as well and I'm not a software engineer let alone a rockstar. When Zuckerberg started Thefacebook.com he was a PHP coder (translation: not a real developer). Or reading books.
