I think it’s a huge mistake to outsource technology as a startup. Near shoring development with your team (ex: your team is based in Canada / India) is cool, but not outsourcing. Other sources of capital. If you believe in it – then finance whatever you can yourself. Government grants – Credit cards / debt.
