Juniper forecasts 1 billion mobile VoIP users by 2017. As for Juniper’s 2017 forecast, that’s quite possible. We recently announced partnerships with Axis in Indonesia and Mobilink in Pakistan. On a daily basis we see more people using our messaging than voice. Ask me on 1/1/2014. I may have a better idea :).
