They founded Onward, a platform that matches displaced workers--usually, hourly workers--to industries that are hiring rapidly right now. Bouncing around the country, went to school at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Onward is not the one hiring the individual, Onward's not the one training the individual.
