But as the years went on, and I to slogged it out in the male dominated worlds of Wall Street and Silicon Valley, I saw firsthand the misogyny – often not intentional but a product of our society – and double standards that made me feel that I had to work (at least) twice as hard, and toe many lines to even stay in the game.
