Inevitably, the excuses begin: I need to hire people to build the product. In Meebo’s case, for example, I was lucky enough to partner up with Elaine and Sandy. No looking for partnerships (who’s going to partner with you anyway?). I had the feeling of deja vu when reading some parts of it! I don’t know any developers.
