Not just Y Combinator and TechStars but a host of other accelerators across the country. I had witnessed a number of early-stage tech startups in LA raise seed capital from the Bay Area and relocate. With the success of Idealab in the 90’s every city was building out incubators. We had a specific goal in mind.
