Before becoming a founder, I worked at Aviary for two years and then Dwolla for two years (the latter with my future cofounder Michael Schonfeld ). My buddy Drew Austin got me into NFT’s back in December of 2020. The first was that unless you had technical abilities, spinning up a DAO was very difficult.

If your practice is not designed to cope with uncertainty, it has no place in a startup - even if your startup is located in government or enterprise. Ive been there: is it me or my cofounder thats crazy? I think it makes explicable why so-called "best practices" that people bring to startups from other contexts fail so miserably.
