Here’s the various ways entrepreneurs and business owners stay motivated in business. #1- As an entrepreneur, you are somewhere along a long hard, uphill climb. 5- Employees, clients and future of my company. Staying motivated can be hard, but one thing as an entrepreneur that I try to do is talk to people a lot.

But there’s one more reason to volunteer: You can learn to be a kick ass entrepreneur along the way—especially if you go into it seeing it as both a chance to give back and an opportunity to learn and hone your people and job skills. You can’t whip volunteers (or employees), or hold a performance bonus over their heads.
