S undaySky , an Israeli startup which provides e-commerce businesses a platform for dynamic videos), has raised a $9 million round led by Norwest Venture Partners (NVP) joined by previous investors Globespan Capital Partners and Carmel Ventures. Note: Dapper, generator of dynamic display ads using feeds has recently been sold to Yahoo.
